This blog will serve as a place for Garner teachers to discuss the use of Web 2.0 tools. I hope that as you begin to explore the possibilities of the Read, Write Web, that you will share your ideas, concerns, and successes with your colleagues.

Boot Camp
I am here in Cedar Falls today at the AEA conferecen room. At noon, I delivered a lunch-side chat that told the story of my journey from teacher-librarian to art teacher/librarian and back to librarian again. I was nervous but ended up reading some and talking some - so I think it was a good combination for me. I didn't think I would get laughs, but they felt good when I got them... appropriate laughs at the right time. It has been interesting to look over my teaching career the past few days as I have been preparing this talk. To see how the continuity of technology integration into what we were doing in the library from day 1. Actually. I had forgotten all of the tech courses I had taken over the years and how it has helped form the teacher I am. One who believes in collaboration with teachers and integration of technology. Anyway, we are creating a Blog at this point in my day, and I already have one up and running, which I have not used since the end of the WEB class I took. I am thinking that this might be a FORUM for teachers to talk about their technology anxiety and get support from our colleuages. Greetings from the summer boot camp and hope to see you soon.
